KnoKno — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using KnoKno ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KnoKno is an AI-powered relationship coaching app that provides reply suggestions, conversation analysis, and relationship insights. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process user-submitted conversations and generate personalized coaching advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 17 years or older to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You may register via email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
• One person per account; sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

KnoKno offers a free tier with limited messages and a premium subscription at $9.99/month (USD). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store (via RevenueCat) and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as your own service.

6. AI Disclaimer

KnoKno provides AI-generated suggestions for entertainment and self-improvement purposes. It is NOT a substitute for professional psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Always use your own judgment in personal relationships.

7. Intellectual Property

The KnoKno app, branding, and underlying code are owned by KnoKno. AI-generated replies are licensed to you for personal use. The "— KnoKno AI" watermark must remain when sharing replies.

8. Limitation of Liability

KnoKno is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to relationship outcomes or emotional distress.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
